Good luck! Feb 02, 2010 With X10 products you need some measure of luck. When they work, they are excellent. Change what's plugged in near the transmitter or receiver, it might stop working. These switches worked pretty well the first day but not after that. In the future I might use it in a different way and with luck, it will work.

Works, but X10 can have distance limits Oct 25, 2008 It's very useful when it works. And it does work pretty well. It's just a fact that X10 will not work at great distances, and sometimes your house wiring may involve some distance you didn't know. Try it. Cheap and fun. Chicks did it.
