Excellent Product!!! Jul 09, 2010 I love this bio lock. works perfect as described. Only my problems is I don't know how long battery last long & how I'm gonna know when battery is low.
All other functions are perfect so far!!!
iTouchless Lock Feb 05, 2010 This is a very sensative finger print screen which essentially fails regulary.
The key never worked correctly
Access by the key pad was the method used to operate the lock after two days.

itouchless door Lock Dec 28, 2009 Product was extremely easy to install, program and use. I can only hope that it does not have the 6 month issues that many of the reviews mentioned (cannot read fingerprints anymore). To this point, I would highly recommend this product.

iTouchless Bio-matic Door Lock Right hand, Gold Aug 17, 2009 The Bio-matic door lock is a great asset on keyless entry with no other device, accessory, etc. needed other then your fingertip/print.
Some other customers give bad reviews due to failed print captures. When I put my wifes print in memory, I captured her full end digit of her index finger, then I watched how she pressed her finger for entry access when she said it wouldn't read right, She was only applying the tip of her finger in which the memory has the full digit and she is only giving half the ridge detail the Bio-matic is looking for.
Also, We as Human beings use are finger/hands to pick things up at least 200 times a day, if you abrase/scuff or scar the finger/print/ridge detail in question, you won't gain entry till it heals or you re-do your print, then it heals and you re-do again.
I like it some much, I've bought another, that covers 2 out of the 4 entry/exits at our residence!

Terrible engineering design. May 29, 2009 This is NOT a "fingerprint" based lock but merely a finger-based one. It seems to try to read the heat patterns of a finger and NOT the fingerprint. Why is this relevant? Because it does not work when your fingers are cold. Worse yet, you have to position your finger just exactly right (the exact same way you did when you trained the machine) for it to work; this means that you have to wait outside the door on a rainy day and keep re-inserting your finger again and again until the machine feels that you are authorized. This is totally unacceptable in a house. I bought it to let my wife and kids get in and out without having to use keys, and had to throw it in the trash a month later. Get a push-button combination lock.
